A promising project
Etreac is founded in 2004, when Patrick Granado is given the opportunity to collaborate with Brussels Airport for the sale of luxury products in their duty-free shop.
After having been active in the travel retail sector for two years and pushed by some of its most loyal customers, Etreac extends its skills to the domestic market sector in 2006. Today, the agency operates in cosmetics stores and perfumeries but also pharmacies and drugstores, and Etreac has expanded its activities beyond its expectations.
As it has now become the number one agency in travel retail and on the local market, Etreac is further developing its activities in event management. The agency offers its customers the services of hostesses and stewards and is now active in the three main pillars of human resources provision.
Etreac is now operating out of Brussels and Charleroi airports and works with more than 80 brands in the French and Dutch-speaking parts of Belgium. However, it continues to grow and enters the local market and the duty-free market in Luxembourg. Other European countries soon follow.
Motivated by entrepreneurship and customer service
Projects and entrepreneurial ambition are Etreac’s life’s work. Etreac has just acquired a stake in iDal Care & Beauty in France and in iDal – Elit Promo, which specialises in large-scale retail events.
As Etreac’s story continues, the sky is the limit! Etreac is looking forward to many new projects that are in line with Patrick Granado’s ambitions, paired with an enduring focus on proximity, service and customer satisfaction.
